Vampires Kiss

Warm, alluring,
Scarlet lips slightly parted,
Fangs hidden.
Sweet scent of decay, of rotting flesh,
And blood long dried.
But suguar filled, strange beauty,
Staring into eyes like pools of crystal.

But of their other kiss?
The long bite and victorious
Drink? The pools filling with blood,
Fangs open wide, hunting the spot...
The artery pulsing, waiting for the moment..........

Or would it be easier to choose?
To become lover or Vampire at a moments whim?
Would you cope with the lust,
The fight for blood, and sweet sweet life?
Or just to be lover, and enjoy the time, never to think
Of hunts or the warm ebb and tide of red, oh so red victory?
